WHERE CAN I VISIT THE LUMINARY STORE?
The Luminary Store headquarters is located in Houston, Texas. Although we don't have a physical shopping address, online shopping is available 24/7. All products are shipped from our Houston warehouse to your destination.
I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
All packages are ship via USPS to your destination. The processing time for orders is 24-48 hours. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-7 business days, and 10-154 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or super sales this time may vary. WHAT DOES "READY TO WEAR" MEAN?
"Ready To Wear" items all have fast shipping. These items are in stock at our Houston, Texas office and are shipped out next day, and delivered within 2-5 days.
I NEED MY ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE, HOW SOON SHOULD I ORDER?
We recommend placing your order 10-15 days in advance if you are looking to have it by a certain date. Placing your order sooner will insure a better chance of having it by that date. The Luminary Store is not responsible for delayed packages. Please see Shipping Policy.
I EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?
We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, (damaged, color, quality, size) within 3 days of receipt of package, The Luminary Store will honor an exchange for that item. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip to sales@TheLuminaryStoreTLS.com.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited from our Houston, Texas Headquarters.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at sales@TheLuminaryStoreTLS.com with your inquiry. Tracking Number Updates will follow.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, but by setting up an account, you become a LUMINARY VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive promotions and updates in the future.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
No. However, all orders have a 24-48 hour processing time before shipping. If changes are made before the item has been shipped, request may be granted. Please understand that any changes may delay delivery time.
